- Fit guarantee: if LensNope doesn't fit your specific glasses model, we'll exchange it for the correct fit or refund you in full.
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or misfits due to our own compatibility error.
The Atelier Collection & Made-to-Order
- Final sale once production begins, except for manufacturing defects.
- Natural materials (wood grain, stone veining, leather texture) vary piece to piece — this is a feature of bespoke work, not a defect.
Warranty
1 year against manufacturing defects: cracking, felt lining detachment, or clip mechanism failure under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, improper removal, or modification of the clip. Warranty covers the LensNope product only.
Care & Liability
LensNope is designed to clip on and off by hand without tools or adhesive; forcing it on or off, or using it on a frame it wasn't sized for, is misuse and isn't covered. LensNope is not responsible for damage to your glasses arising from use, misuse, improper installation, or incompatibility with your specific frame. Please confirm frame compatibility before ordering and follow provided installation instructions.
