RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

No change-of-mind returns
LensNope products are sold on a final-sale basis. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, colour preference, or an order placed for an incompatible glasses model. Please review the compatibility information and product description before placing an order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@lensnope.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Do not send an item back unless we ask you to. If a return is necessary for a verified error or defect, we will provide instructions and cover or reimburse the reasonable return cost.

Batch 1 reservation fee
The $15 USD Batch 1 reservation fee is non-refundable if you choose not to continue with a product order. It gives the reservation holder 15% off the product, and the $15 fee is applied toward their Batch 1 product purchase during the stated ordering window.

If LensNope does not open Batch 1 by the stated opening date, cancels the reservation program, or cannot fulfil a confirmed product order, we will refund the reservation fee or provide another remedy required by law.

60-day limited warranty
LensNope provides a 60-day limited warranty from delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. If you believe an item has a covered defect, email support@lensnope.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another reasonable remedy.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, loss, accidental damage, misuse, modification, or use with an incompatible product. Do not send an item back unless we ask you to.

Nothing in this policy, including the reservation-fee terms, limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
