SHIPPING POLICY

LensNope ships from Ontario, Canada. Available shipping services, transit estimates, and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place an order.

Canada
Standard: $12 CAD, free for orders of $75 CAD or more; estimated transit time 3–5 business days.
Express: $20 CAD; estimated transit time 1–2 business days.

United States
Standard International: calculated at checkout, with free shipping for orders of $100 CAD or more; estimated transit time 3–5 business days.
Express International: $34.90 CAD; estimated transit time 1–2 business days.

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days before carrier pickup. Transit estimates are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

For U.S. orders, any applicable duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other border charges are the customer’s responsibility unless shown and collected at checkout.

If a parcel is lost, visibly damaged in transit, or materially delayed, contact support@lensnope.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
